New Foundation
As global circumstances change, it is important to establish a new foundation by examining three key areas: the nature of success, happiness, and prosperity; possible future directions; and the collaborative processes needed to shape these outcomes. In this workshop, participants will first gain a broad perspective on life, then create a strategic plan for a prosperous future. By the end, they will have a renewed mindset and a list of 10 essential skills and tools for achieving higher levels of success and prosperity.
Neurodiversity
Recent research shows that a core skill set of 10 aspects of human functioning is essential for healthy, mature, and fully functional adulthood. The first aspect is cognitive ability, which includes brain function and rational intelligence, often measured by IQ. Neurodiversity is now recognized as a key factor in understanding individual differences and human diversity. This workshop explores brain regions, cognitive processes, and the content of thought.
Emotional Intelligence
In this workshop, we examine Emotional Intelligence and practical strategies to overcome negative emotional patterns, creating a positive and supportive environment. Participants will build a resilient emotional foundation by identifying and addressing limiting emotional patterns and healing underlying wounds. The workshop develops key skills such as forgiveness, gratitude, love, compassion, and an understanding of the heart’s transformative potential.
Motivation
Emotions provide energy for action, while motives explain the reasons behind it. This workshop explores the drivers of human behavior and examines why individuals act. We identify negative drivers, such as fear and frustration, as well as positive drivers, such as vision, priorities, and strengths. The workshop focuses on self-motivation, inspiration, and setting clear intentions. Participants will leave with renewed motivation and a framework to guide future actions.
Processing Information
Although communication is widely recognized as important, many still struggle to communicate effectively, leading to misunderstandings and conflict. This workshop explores both communication and information processing. We present communication as a three-step process: perception, processing, and expression. By understanding different processing styles, participants can improve their communication skills and build stronger relationships.
Health & Wellbeing
Physical health and well-being are vital to overall functioning. The health and wellness industry has grown significantly over the past two to three decades, yet individual needs vary. This workshop explores key aspects of physical functioning, including how aging affects the body. We will also examine the connection between mental health and physical well-being, and help you create a personalized plan to support your fitness and health. By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear overview of your physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
